Smart cards support
The Time Director system supports proximity smart cards.

At the beginning of a visit manager puts a card to the reader, connected to the administrator’s PC, and the system automatically opens an order with the corresponding ID. If the card is put to the reader again, Time Director shows the order profile, and manager can add additional goods or services to it, or close the order.
Smart cards can store not only order ID, but also some detailed information, for example its owner’s name. If your establishment uses personalized cards kept by customers, you will be able to track how often they visit your establishment, for how long they stay, what services and goods order. You will also be able to apply discounts for loyal customers automatically.
Smart cards allow optimizing manager’s work at maximum and making the visit even more pleasant. Your customers will be pleased to have a personal card that they can use to accumulate bonuses and discount. This will be an additional reason to visit your establishment more often.
Only several minutes are required for hardware configuration and smart cards coding. We will provide you with all the documentation necessary, and our technical support specialists will be happy to answer all your questions.
Smart card readers ACR122 and ACR1251 are officially supported. They can be ordered either from us, or from any other third party. Check with our managers for compatibility of other readers. Smart cards and marks appearance can be customized to correspond with your corporate identity.
